Twilight Beginners Classes

Our twilight classes have been extended throughout the year weather permitting!  We will be running twilight beginners classes structured to develop confidence and hone in on the basic techniques of paddling and water safety.

Garvey Park is a beautiful reserve and offers the perfect location to learn Stand Up Paddle boarding. If you are not yet confident to venture out on your own in the open river or ocean this class will be ideal to build up your confidence with other paddlers at the same level.

We will cover basic paddling techniques, safety on the water, wind conditions, and enjoy a cruise around the little Ron Courtney Island where we can chat about all things SUP.

Classes are scheduled for each Friday from 4.30 pm - 6.00 pm.

A maximum of 8 people or a minimum of 4 per group includes board hire and 30 minutes optional free paddling time.

Cost per person:

$35.00 p/p for 1 hour (+ 30 minutes free paddling time – optional)

$15.00 p/p if you have your own board

Dates: 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th
